Job summary

EG Group in Peterhead is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver friendly, fast service and craft iconic drinks. You’ll join a welcoming team with full training and opportunities for career progression within a large retail group.

• Previous customer service or barista experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
