Job summary

EG Group at Northop Hall operates Starbucks and is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. You’ll welcome customers, prepare drinks to Starbucks standards, and help deliver a fast, friendly experience every day.

Training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and access to one of the world’s largest online learning libraries. Flexible shifts are available; full-time average shifts are around 8 hours. Allergen awareness and safety are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Barista experience is welcome but full training is provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through confident upselling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Location: Northop Hall, CH7 6HB (Located on the A55 Eastbound)

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.00 per hour (Age 18–20) £8.05 per hour (Age 16–17)
