Job summary

Starbucks Barista in Louth, part of the EG Group, is recruiting enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Starbucks team in Louth. Flexible shifts are designed around your availability, with a minimum of 8 hours per week and full training provided to help you succeed.

You will prepare beverages and foods to Starbucks standards, deliver excellent customer service, and support store sales with confident upselling.

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £9.45 per hour (Age 16–17)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
