Searcys is seeking a Barista to join the team at 116 Pall Mall, a historic Georgian venue in London dating back to 1820, designed by John Nash. Job Description: The Barista will support the Bar Manager by maintaining bar standards, driving sales through creative drinks, and building guest relationships.

Contract: 0 hours

Salary: £13.85/hour + Service After Probation

The responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers warmly and professionally
2. Preparing and serving coffee, teas, and other drinks to standards
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
4. Adhering to health, safety, and food safety guidelines
5. Monitoring and restocking supplies
6. Handling payments and customer orders via till systems
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
8. Assisting with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Good listening and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and coffee
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
