The core hours for this role areSETat 20 hours a week with the shift pattern 10am-2pmMONDAY - THURSDAY& 11am-3pmFRIDAYS. It can also include the occasional 7:30am-11:30am/12pm-4pm cover shift. It's important that you fully understand and are comfortable with this commitment as it's a crucial aspect of the role.

Job Description

• Greeting customersin a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• Have pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

Qualifications

• Have experience in a coffee based role.
• Prior knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
