Aramark UK is seeking a Barista to join our team supporting a prestigious corporate client with sites across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxembourg. The role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with on-the-job training and clear progression opportunities.

You will prepare hot and cold drinks to spec, handle till transactions, and uphold high service standards. We value reliability, strong customer service, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Make hot and cold drinks to spec and showcase latte art or learn new techniques.
• Operate the till, process cash and card transactions, upsell products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the unit, floor and dining areas, and dispose of rubbish.
• Serve prepackaged or made-to-order foods while following health and safety procedures.
• Stock and rotate stock daily, ensure shelves are faced and dated.

Aramark UK are currently looking for a Barista to join our team working with our prestigious corporate client, who have six sites spanning across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. Our client, a global financial institution with roots tracing back to 1799, is built on a core principle of delivering exceptional client service - and that’s exactly what we expect from you!

The role is subject to client vetting.

A day in the life of a Barista:

• Making hot and cold drinks to spec – a fantastic way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones.
• Operating the till, processing cash and card transactions, upselling products and sizes and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
• General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping the dining areas, rubbish disposal, general clean down of the unit and ensuring all designated cleaning tasks are complete.
• Serving prepackaged / made to order food and cakes – ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed.
• Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up throughout the day and dated correctly.

You will be set up for success if you have:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining quality.
• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Attention to detail, especially when preparing drinks.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and till operations.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn about coffee, equipment, and shop procedures.
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential (training can be provided).
