Ottolenghi Richmond is seeking a skilled Barista to join our vibrant team in London. You will craft high-quality coffee, maintain equipment, and deliver warm, knowledgeable service to guests in a fast-paced deli setting.

Ideal candidates have espresso expertise, latte art skills, and a passion for coffee and people. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential in this role at Ottolenghi Richmond.

• Prepare and serve spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Manage stock and supplies efficiently, minimising waste.
• Support colleagues in other sections during busy periods and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Stay curious and engaged with the coffee offering and share your knowledge with guests.

What you’ll do
