People Operations Officer at Levy UK + Ireland, Scottish Event Campus (SEC)

At SEC Food, we’re proud to be the official catering partner for the Scottish Event Campus (SEC).

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience for every visitor to the campus.

Our campus comprises 3 key venues: The OVO Hydro, The SEC Centre, and The SEC Armadillo, each hosting various dynamic events and offering unique customer experiences.

Our teams work across 5 core departments within the business. These are:

• Clydebuilt Bar and Kitchen: A vibrant restaurant space serving a variety of meals and drinks in a casual dining environment, emphasizing fast-paced customer service.
• Hydro Hospitality: Providing premium service to VIP guests during events, focusing on luxury and seamless experiences.
• Hydro Retail Bar: A fast-paced environment serving large volumes of customers efficiently during peak times. (Over 18s only)
• Armadillo Retail Bar: Similar to Hydro Retail but smaller, offering a more intimate setting. (Over 18s only)
• Conference & Events: Catering and event services for conferences, exhibitions, and special events, requiring flexibility and organization.

Key requirements & attributes

Previous barista experience is essential, including confidence using a manual coffee machine and making various types of coffee.
