Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a Barista for Inspire to deliver high-quality drinks and great service on a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. You will be trained to operate brewing equipment, handle payments, maintain a clean bar area, and contribute to a positive brand image.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food.

• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Learning about brewing methods and beverage blends.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Representing Inspire and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Inspire on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
