Job summary

Creative Restaurant Group is opening SUMI Marylebone in London and seeking a Barback to join the founding team. The role focuses on keeping the bar stocked, organized and ready for service, with opportunities to learn and develop toward Bartender roles.

Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and flexible, with good communication and a team-first attitude. Evenings, weekends and holidays require availability. Salary up to £15.01 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is useful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Interest in bar service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar, fridges, coffee station and equipment before service.
• Restock drinks, garnishes, glassware and ice throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar and barback areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Polish glassware and wash bar equipment.
• Prepare and deliver drinks and coffees when needed.
• Handle glass and recycling safely.
• Learn our menus, ingredients and allergen procedures.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to keep service moving.
• Take part in training and build drinks knowledge.
