Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar, fridges, and equipment before service.
• Restock drinks, garnishes, glassware and ice.
• Keep bar areas clean and organised.
• Polish glassware and wash bar equipment.
• Prepare and deliver drinks and coffees when needed.
• Learn menus, ingredients and allergen procedures.
