Job summary

Searcys in London is seeking personable bar staff to deliver exquisite cocktails, wines and Searcys champagne across busy events and venues. You will join a team focused on hospitality excellence, working flexibly across full-time, part-time and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities include serving customers, restocking bar supplies, ice management, glass washing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. A passion for food and beverage and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while carrying out duties.

• Collect, wash and return glasses to bar stations.
• Clean bar tops and manage waste and spills during busy shifts.
• Prepare fresh juices, syrups and infusions as needed.
• Adhere to The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act and COSHH guidelines.

We are looking for personable individuals to join our bar team to assist with with the delivery of exquisite cocktails, exceptional wine and our very own Searcys champagne.

Job Details

Job Type: Full time, part time and flexible Salary: up to £15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required
• Restocking liquor bottles, beer kegs, wines, garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies.
• Ice Management: Continuously hauling, chipping, and refilling ice wells so bartenders never run out.
• Collecting empty glasses, washing, polishing, and returning them to the bar stations.
• Wiping down bar tops, emptying bins, clearing spills, and throwing away empty packaging during busy shifts.
• Cutting fruit (limes, lemons, oranges), making fresh juices, and preparing syrups or infusions.
• To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility including all other requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy
