Responsibilities

• Ensure bar is ready for opening and the food counter is fully stocked and well presented
• Prepare all crockery, glassware, and furniture is kept clean and polished at all times
• Be fully knowledgeable of Bar food & drink menu, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
• Help with the preparation of drinks and cocktails
• Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles
• Go above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences
• Previous experience preferable
• Confident conversationalist, always engaging with guests
