We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback; you just need to be guest-focused and have a natural ability to deliver service that makes our guests' nights memorable.

1. Greet each guest: in a natural and welcoming manner.
2. Maintain the bar area: keep it organized and visually appealing.
3. Ensure safety and cleanliness: contribute to a clean and safe environment for everyone.
4. Collaborate with the team: to continually enhance bartending practices and standards.
