Job summary

JW Lees in Manchester is seeking Bar and Waiting Team Members for a temporary period from 23 October 2026 to 6 January 2027. You will be focused on delivering excellent customer service in our pubs and inns, and helping create memorable experiences for guests.

No prior experience required, just a proactive, friendly attitude and a passion for hospitality. Benefits include staff discounts, tips, and opportunities to grow with a long-standing family brewer.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience not essential; proactive, supportive and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

• You will be totally focussed on our customers, providing best in class customer service and tailoring your service to suit the customer
• Supporting your teammates in all areas, helping out wherever needed. We are a family
• Know everything about our beers – we are a brewery and proud of it
• Be confident in recommending food and drink to our customers. We want brand ambassadors!
• Previous experience isn’t essential, but being proactive, supportive and passionate about hospitality is!
