Job summary

The Dolphin Hotel in Beer is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join our front of house team on a part-time basis with flexible hours. You will help deliver a welcoming experience, take orders, and contribute to a busy food-led pub environment.

A natural host who loves creating memorable moments, you will be 18+ to serve alcohol unsupervised and work with a supportive team. 60% off meals on duty, tips, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is an advantage but not essential.
• Natural host who creates memorable moments and communicates well.
• Able to travel to the venue reliably.
• 18+ required due to alcohol service.

We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us part time on flexible hours that fit around your life.
