Job summary

Cranberry Farm, part of the Hall & Woodhouse family, is recruiting for a front of house role in a busy pub near Exeter. You’ll work as Bar & Waiting staff with flexible hours and the chance to earn tips while enjoying a 60% discount on meals during shifts.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team players who can deliver great hospitality to guests, especially on key holiday dates. This is a festive-season, fixed-term role with strong support from a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
• A natural host who loves creating memorable moments and excellent hospitality.
• Confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and meals to customers as part of bar and dining service.
• Assist with smooth front-of-house operations during busy periods.
• Support the team with opening/closing duties and maintain high standards.

Fabulous Cranberry Farm - Near to Exeter

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional community food pubs and situated in the heart of Cranbrook within easy reach of Exeter, the Cranberry Farm is the perfect example of a traditional pub. Built in 2017 in the style of a Devon farmhouse with attached barn, the pub is the only building on the Cranbrook development with chimneys, in order to service its beautiful open fireplaces. With a beautiful terraced garden, as well as regular events, the Cranberry Farm really is a pub for all seasons and occasions.

We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the festive season. We offer flexible hours that fit around your life, but will require you to work on key holiday dates.
