The De Havilland Arms is recruiting Bar & Waiting staff for the season at its Elvetham Heath venue, with both full-time and part-time options. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and meals, and help maintain a lively, high-standard front-of-house environment.

Benefits include 60% off meals on duty, flexible hours, and a potential move to a permanent role based on performance. Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not essential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Great host with eye for detail and a friendly communication style.
• Reliable team player with high standards of service.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers at bar and dining areas.
• Take orders, deliver drinks and meals, and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front-of-house and assist with opening/closing duties.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of premium community pubs, though it looks 200 years old, the De Havilland Arms in Elvetham Heath was built in 2003 and was named after Geoffrey de Havilland - the British aviation innovator. The farmhouse design, with a beautiful terrace and garden outside and roaring log fires, flagstones and oak beams inside, make the wonderfully friendly pub perfect for all seasons.

We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the season and maybe beyond. Whether you're seeking full or part time work, we offer flexible hours that fit around your life.
