Job summary

Greene King Morley is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to pour pints, greet guests, and recommend drinks in a welcoming setting. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team and develop your skills while maintaining high service standards in a busy pub environment.

You’ll ensure safety and cleanliness, handle allergen controls, and contribute to great guest experiences with a warm, no-fuss attitude, aiming to make every visit memorable.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail, ensuring pints are poured to perfection.
• Passion for giving great service and making customers feel welcome.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
