Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable moments for customers, pouring pints, recommending drinks, and assisting with food service. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow your skills and experience in a local pub environment.

You will be part of a welcoming team, focused on safety, allergen controls, and delivering great service with a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Create positive experiences for guests by delivering excellent service.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Balance multiple tasks, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure orders are accurate.
