Greene King is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff for its pubs. You will be part of a friendly team, pouring pints, recommending drinks, greeting guests and helping with food service. Maintain a clean, safe bar environment while delivering memorable customer experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the bar and taking drink orders.
• Recommend drinks and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare and present drinks to spec and ensure quality.
• Assist in serving food and looking after diners.
• Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness at all times.
