Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt, memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role and allergen controls.
• Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve drinks to customers.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Assist in serving food and looking after diners.
• Keep the bar clean and stocked.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate.
