Job summary

Milk Churn is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff for the season at Melksham. Flexible full- or part-time hours available. Starting pay £13.11 per hour, with 60% off meals on duty and shared tips plus performance rewards.

Fixed-term until 31/01/27 with potential to extend, and a £13.45/hour rise after 6 months. Join a warm, supportive team in a popular pub setting. Experience in bar or waiting roles is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles in a busy food-led environment is an advantage.
• A natural host who loves creating memorable moments.
• Aged 18+ as you will be serving alcohol unsupervised.
• Well presented with a confident communicator and eye for detail.
