Job summary

Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver memorable experiences in our London pubs. You’ll pour pints, greet guests, and recommend drinks to suit every mood, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to suggest drinks and pairings for guests.
• Experience in preparing and presenting drinks to specification.
• Teamwork and flexible approach across shifts.
• Awareness of allergen controls and safe service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
