Brewery Tap in Blandford Forum is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff for the season, with flexible full- or part-time hours. You’ll work in a historic venue, serving customers, taking orders, and contributing to a lively hospitality team.

The role offers competitive pay from £13.11 per hour, with a planned increase to £13.45 after six months, plus tips and a 60% meals discount while on duty. Fixed-term ending 31/01/2027, with potential to go permanent based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a busy bar/restaurant environment.
• Prepare and serve drinks and meals following brand standards.

Brewery Tap - Blandford The Pub at HQ

Located on the outskirts of Blandford Forum in the maltings of our old brewery, the Brewery Tap is steeped in history and the perfect place to sample our unique, characterful beers. You’ll also discover great food, with everything from breakfast, brunch and lighter bites to more hearty dishes, like our award-winning Steak & Tangle Foot Pie, which is almost as legendary as the Tangle Foot beer we use in it.

We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the season and maybe beyond. Whether you're seeking full or part time work, we offer flexible hours that fit around your life.
