Job summary

Grasshopper is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the season, with flexible hours for full or part-time work in a premier Poole venue. Starting pay £13.11 per hour, with a rise to £13.45 per hour after 6 months’ service.

You’ll also enjoy 60% off meals on duty and a supportive, friendly team in a trusted pub-restaurant. This fixed-term role ends 31/01/27, with the potential to become permanent depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is an advantage.
• Aged 18+ due to alcohol service requirements.
• Reliable team player with hospitality focus.

Originally called ‘The Half Way House Hotel’ because it was halfway between Poole and Bournemouth, its name changed in 1997.
