Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional service in restaurant and bar.
• Assist across restaurant, bar, and outdoor seating areas.
• Serve customers at the bar and on tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
• Assist with cutlery and Kitchen Porter tasks.
• Support the team to deliver smooth service.
• Help with cleaning and sanitising kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Stock bar supplies and monitor inventory.
