Job summary

Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in Ellesmere Port is seeking Bar Staff to work across our Restaurant Bar, Main Hotel Bar and Events Bar. Flexible contracts are available from zero hours to 40 hours per week, including late nights, weekends and bank holidays.

You'll prepare and open the bar, serve beverages professionally, present drinks to a high standard and deliver warm, attentive service while keeping the bar clean and well stocked. A free regular staff minibus from Wrexham is provided.

Qualifications

• Aimed to deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Friendly and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and open the bar for service.
• Serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Present drinks to a high standard, including cocktails where required.
• Deliver warm, attentive service and maintain a clean, stocked bar.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Work with colleagues to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
