Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our busy bar operations. You will coach a team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and take charge of beverage service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy bar environment.
• Experience leading a team on busy shifts.
• Excellent cocktail knowledge and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar team during shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and develop bar staff for high performance.
• Oversee beverage stock, cash handling and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Collaborate with outlets to deliver seamless service during peak periods.
