Carden Park Hotel Ltd. seeks an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our busy bars and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our luxury Cheshire resort. The role demands flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will manage service standards, develop staff, and contribute to a premium drinks program in a fast-paced environment, ensuring memorable visits for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar supervision is essential.
• Ability to coach a busy bar team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and premium drinks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage busy bar operations.
• Coach and develop bar staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
