Beds & Bars Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bar Team Member to help create memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar area tidy, and working with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service.

This dynamic, fast-paced role offers shifts that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays, plus training through our Footsteps Program for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to stand and work on shifts for extended periods.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve beverages to guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet guests and take orders with a friendly approach.
• Cleanliness & Organisation: Keep bar area clean and sanitary.
• Inventory Management: Restock bar supplies and glassware.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and balance the till.
• Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines and ID checks.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service.
• Event Support: Assist with setup and service for events and private functions.
• Food Service: Ensure timely delivery of buffet/à la carte orders.
