Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Bar Team Member at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Join a Grade II listed Victorian building with a modern hotel and leisure facilities near the North Wales Coast.

You will deliver friendly bar service, support guest journeys and work with a diverse team to ensure a memorable stay.

• Deliver friendly, efficient bar service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist in beverage preparation and serve meals or snacks as required.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Support team and management to ensure smooth guest journeys.

Job description

Join our team at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales Coast houses a modern 238-bedroom hotel with a superb range of leisure facilities and numerous daily activities.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 per hour dependent on age.

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the Hospitality department.Alongside the Food and Beverage Manager you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay with beautiful views to look at wherever they are onsite.
