Shepherd Neame is looking for Bar Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this may be just the job for you.

Located in the centre of Southchurch Road, the Exchange Bar & Kitchen has been serving the local community for 16 years. It is known for its fun, friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. Situated among boutiques and small businesses, it is just a short walk from Southchurch Park and the beach.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in our business by welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

If you haven't got previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
