Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company is recruiting a Bar Team Member for Midsummer Tap in Milton Keynes. No prior experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

You will welcome guests, learn to prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks, and share recommendations to enhance the guest experience. We value teamwork and inclusivity, and you’ll work in a vibrant environment that celebrates sport, music, and social moments.

We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Midsummer Tap. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

A little bit about us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Whether it is great beer, delicious cocktails, scrumptious food, or a place to just kick back and watch the match, The Midsummer Tap offers everything to our guests. We have three booths with their own screens, showing that we LOVE sport. Every Friday and Saturday night we have our own house DJ in to bang out the tunes.
