Job summary

Midsummer Tap, part of the Stonegate Group, is hiring Bar Team Members. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided. You will greet guests, help prepare and serve food and drinks, and work as part of a collaborative team to create memorable experiences.

We’re looking for friendly individuals who can share recommendations, keep the bar area clean and safe, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests enjoying Bottomless Brunch, sport events, and evenings with friends.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is needed; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or over to sell alcohol.
• Greet guests in a welcoming manner.
• Follow steps to prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks.
• Share recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe space for everyone.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Whether it is great beer, delicious cocktails, scrumptious food, or a place to just kick back and watch the match, The Midsummer Tap offers everything to our guests. We have three booths with their own screens, showing that we LOVE sport. Every Friday and Saturday night we have our own house DJ in to bang out the tunes.
