Potters Resorts is seeking a motivated Bars Team member to welcome guests and deliver friendly, efficient service across our bar and lounge areas. You will take orders, run drinks, and help maintain a spotless, inviting environment in a fast-paced resort setting.
We value energy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts across days, evenings, and weekends. Benefits include free meals while working and access to our gym and leisure facilities.
What you will be doing:
Our bars can be extremely busy, and that's when teamwork, communication and urgency really matter. We want people who respond to a busy bar by stepping up the pace, supporting their teammates and staying positive with our guests. You can teach someone how to make a cocktail. It's much harder to teach someone to have a great attitude. That's why we're looking for people with personality, enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine desire to give our guests a brilliant experience. Previous hospitality or bar experience is certainly welcome, but if you're naturally outgoing, hardworking and eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
As this role involves serving alcohol, you must be aged at least 18 years or over. Please note that some shifts may finish in the early hours of the morning. Applicants must be able to arrange their own safe and reliable transport to and from work for late-night / early-morning shift finishes.
Are you ready to bring energy to our Bars Team? At Potters Resorts, we're not simply looking for people who can serve drinks - we're looking for personalities. Our Bars Team plays a huge part in creating the atmosphere our guests love. We want energetic, enthusiastic people who enjoy talking to guests, work with real pace and purpose, and aren't afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.
Potters Resorts is an equal opportunities employer. We will consider all qualified candidates without regard to age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. Our recruitment team are happy to support with any reasonable adjustments that are needed within the recruitment process.
