Job summary

Bedruthan Hotel is seeking a Bar Team Leader to guide the Bedruthan Bar experience, energise the team and deliver exceptional service in a luxury coastal setting.

You will train staff on cocktails, wines and premium service while driving performance and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. The role offers a 40-hour week with weekend/evening shifts and a share of hotel tips.

Qualifications

£28,683.20 per annum + hotel tips. Permanent 40 hours 5-day week Varied shifts including weekends & evenings
