Job summary

Bill's in Worcester is seeking a Bar Team member for a permanent, part-time role. You will make coffees and drinks to spec, keep stations clean, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with coffee machines and multitasking is preferred. You will work with a supportive team, receive practical training, and have opportunities for progression within Bill's. We also offer enhanced holiday, restaurant discounts, and leadership development as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience making coffees and using coffee machines.
• Ability to multitask in a busy bar environment.
• Keep standards high to ensure guests leave happy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffees and drinks to specification.
• Handle multiple drink orders at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow bar procedures and safety standards.
