Job summary

Bill's - Worcester is seeking a Bar Team member to join a busy service environment. You will be responsible for preparing coffees, delivering high-quality drinks, and delivering friendly service to guests.

The role requires multitasking under pressure, attention to detail, and a passion for great customer experiences. Training and progression opportunities are available within Bill's.

Qualifications

• Experience making coffees and operating coffee machines.
• Eye for detail; maintain high standards across service.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a busy bar team to serve drinks and maintain service flow.
• Keep standards high across all drinks and customer interactions.

Know your Latte from your Cappuccino - you will need some experience of making coffees and coffee machines before joining us

Eye for detail, we will show you how using our specifications but we want you to keep the standards high as we aim to ensure no one leaves thirsty - making sure everyone behind the bar works towards the same goal
