Soho House & Co. in Banbury region is seeking a Barback to support the bar team and ensure guests receive fast, high-quality service. You will deliver drinks from the bar to tables and act as a link between the bar and the floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of bar operations and hygiene standards.
• Hospitality mindset with strong customer service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks quickly from the bar to tables.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members for personalized service.
• Polish glassware and ensure readiness for service.
• Assist bartenders by restocking ingredients and running drinks.
• Perform opening/closing procedures for stations.
• Attend meetings with FOH/BOH teams and learn menu changes.
