Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Barback to support the bar team, ensuring bartenders have what they need to deliver fast, high-quality service to members and guests.

You will deliver drinks from the bar to tables, maintain a spotless work environment, and build relationships with members to provide personalized service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of bar operations and hygiene standards.
• Stock rotation knowledge.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Bring drinks quickly from the bar to its location and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polish glassware and ensure readiness for service.
• Assist bartenders during service by restocking ingredients and retrieving supplies.
