Job summary

Bartholomew’s at London Museum is seeking a Bar Supervisor to help launch a new destination in central London. You will lead shift operations, deliver high-quality cocktails, and foster a welcoming guest experience that creates repeat visitors.

You’ll mentor a team, manage stock and costs while collaborating with the General Manager and floor staff to ensure smooth service and memorable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or senior bartender role in a busy, quality-led bar.
• Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with hands-on bartending skills.
• Confident in leading a team and maintaining service standards.
• Passion for hospitality and connecting with guests.
• Calm, organized with stock control and daily operations know-how.
• Understanding beverage costs, sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on shift, keep the bar running smoothly and maintain high standards.
• Lead by example, coach and support the team to deliver great hospitality.
• Bring drinks offer to life, ensure consistency and knowledge across menus.
• Support stock control, ordering, waste reduction and cost management.
• Be a visible welcoming presence behind the bar and on the floor.
• Work closely with GM/AGM and wider team to deliver seamless guest experience.
