Qualifications

• 3+ years in a full-service, high-end restaurant or bar.
• 1+ year training others in Bar/Restaurant environment.
• Experience overseeing bar operations, team, and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Positive culture advocate and detail-oriented.
• Flexible with shift patterns and able to work around business needs.
• Demonstrated brand research and genuine desire to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver guest experiences while upholding Dakota's luxury standards.
• Oversee bar operations, service delivery, and adherence to procedures during shifts.
• Drive guest satisfaction and revenue through knowledge, upselling, and service recovery.
• Manage stock control, cellar operations, inventory, wastage, and product quality.
