Job Purpose
To support the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team supervision, and the smooth delivery of service standards that reflect The Grand’s five-star quality.

Role in our Family

• Supervise the bar team to ensure high levels of service, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service at all times.
• Support the Bar Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, health and safety, and licensing compliance across the bar areas.
• Take ownership of the bar during shifts in the absence of the Bar Manager.
• Assist with stock control, including ordering, inventory, and minimising wastage.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
• Contribute to menu planning, cocktail development, and promotions.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Uphold The Grand’s values of professionalism, authenticity, and excellence.
