Sexy Fish Manchester is seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team, supporting daily bar operations and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

You will help develop and execute creative drink menus, train bar staff, manage inventory and guest inquiries, drive revenue, and uphold our distinctive standards of hospitality and flair that have made Sexy Fish a renowned dining destination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of mixology, beverages and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of service.
• Support the Bar Manager in the development and execution of creative and high-quality drink menus.
• Provide guidance and training to bar staff, promoting teamwork and maintaining service standards.
