Market Halls Paddington is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. You’ll drive smooth service, set high standards and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Based near Paddington, the venue hosts multiple traders and a lively crowd. You’ll supervise operations, coach staff, manage stock, and uphold compliance while delivering great hospitality and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or leading a bar team in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong product knowledge across beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
• Confidence, warmth and the ability to motivate, support and guide your team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach with strong organisation skills

With 8 street‑food traders, 2 bars, a live stage and a bustling terrace, it’s a high‑energy venue that runs from morning commuters to late‑night crowds. As Bar Supervisor, you’ll help lead the bar team in the thick of this vibrant environment, keeping service smooth, standards high and the good times rolling throughout every shift.
