What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our retail and bar operations on event days, leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service to thousands of fans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team across food and bar kiosks with energy and confidence
• Ensuring high standards of food safety and allergen compliance
• Overseeing stock control, food prep, and customer flow
• Handling complaints and administering refunds efficiently
• Supporting team training and development
• Completing event paperwork with accuracy
• Proven supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or fast food
• Confidence in leading teams under pressure
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Food hygiene knowledge and food preparation experience
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a calm, professional presence
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to energise those around you
