Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will supervise frontline staff, manage rotas, assist with stock orders, and uphold food safety and health regulations in a Defence environment.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Bar Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
