Job Description:

As a Bar Steward at Sodexo in Worthy Down Barracks, you're a people person with excellent communication skills. Mainly customer-facing, you'll interact with armed forces personnel daily, enhancing their quality of life.

What you’ll do:

• Be a vital part of the front of house operation, ensuring our bars run smoothly
• Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and dedicated approach
• Serve, clear, and keep tables and the bar area spotless

What you bring:

• Strictly 18+ due to licensing regulations
• A can-do attitude and flexible approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Flexibility for various shift patterns and weekend work
