Job summary

Wake The Tiger Ltd is seeking a diligent Bar Staff member for London's Absurd City attraction. You will work on a high-energy bar and kitchen set, serving cocktails and coffees, and contributing to a top-tier hospitality experience for ticket holders and the public.

The role emphasizes teamwork, consistency in service, and adherence to health and safety standards in a busy, vibrant venue opening in London. Training will be provided for food safety and licensing obligations.

Qualifications

• Good experience on a bar in a fast-paced, large scale food and beverage establishment.
• Experience working with cocktails and a passion for hospitality.
• Experience working with coffee in a high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• The delivery of consistent, outstanding hospitality establishing Absurd City's Bar & Kitchen as a top venue to visit in London.
• Working closely with the Kitchen team to ensure slick service and impeccable standards are maintained.
• Helping create a positive, high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is clean and tidy at the end of the day.
• Supporting management and support staff in batching cocktails.
• Disciplined, precise till usage to ensure orders are correct and sales and stock reporting is accurate.
• Adhering to systems and processes to ensure the bar and back of house is organised and tidy at all times
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety, food safety (to level 2 - training given) and following licensing obligations.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent, charismatic individual to make their mark in London's most exciting new immersive attraction.

Wake the Tiger have built an incredible Bar and Kitchen set in their new attraction: Absurd City. It will serve everything from cocktails to coffees throughout the day to ticket holders, and we have partnered with a chosen caterer to deliver a high-class meat-free menu in a fully kitted out commercial kitchen. That's not all though: It will also be open to the public in its own right and has set the goal of being an essential cocktail bar destination in London. We are looking for Bartenders to join a brand new team to deliver an awesome hospitality experience to our patrons.

You Will be Responsible For
